The estate includes two houses, a private park, a larger mansion, a total of twelve bedrooms, and four marinas. The final terms of the purchase are pending municipal authorizations, with real estate representatives from Coldwell Banker Realty and Douglas Elliman involved in the transaction.

The Khubani family's real estate activities in South Florida have seen significant financial gains, including a recent $85 million sale of an oceanfront site in Palm Beach. High-profile wealthy individuals like Jeff Bezos and Ken Griffin are driving luxury real estate demand in the region, with developers selling penthouses for over $100 million.
