The Miami mansion, located on La Gorce Island, spans three acres and is listed for $122 million, making it the most expensive residence in the area. The property was previously offered for $170 million and belongs to the estate of the late Dr. M. Lee Pearce, whose proceeds from the sale will go to his charitable foundation.

The estate includes two houses, a private park, a larger mansion, a total of twelve bedrooms, and four marinas. The final terms of the purchase are pending municipal authorizations, with real estate representatives from Coldwell Banker Realty and Douglas Elliman involved in the transaction.

The Khubani family's real estate activities in South Florida have seen significant financial gains, including a recent $85 million sale of an oceanfront site in Palm Beach. High-profile wealthy individuals like Jeff Bezos and Ken Griffin are driving luxury real estate demand in the region, with developers selling penthouses for over $100 million.
