During the year 2019, the developer of the home on La Gorce Island that has seven bedrooms purchased the underlying property for a price that was lower than ten million dollars.
Aquablue Group, which is owned by Philippe Harari, was the company that created the seven-bedroom residence on La Gorce Island. In 2019, the company purchased the underlying property for a price that was less than ten million dollars. There is 172 feet of water frontage along the Intracoastal Waterway and a private dock that is large enough to accommodate a yacht. The contemporary residence has a total area of 14,060 square feet by its dimensions.
In 2022, when the property was still in the process of being developed, it was initially put up for sale for a price of $75 million. The site was finished finishing up last year. On Tuesday, the sale was recorded in the official records, and Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo of One Sotheby's International Realty were the real estate agents who represented the developer.
Designed by Ralph Choeff of Choeff Levy Fischman, the two-story residence takes use of horizontal space. It features a huge covered entry that is bordered by a living green wall and a floating pathway that leads to the front door. Additionally, the facade is adorned with ribbed white wood, which lends a touch of light elegance to the structure.
