Connick Jr.'s Cape Cod estate is currently up for purchase for a price of $12.5 million. A private dock and boathouse are included in the actor-singer's Chatham complex, which spans 5,308 square feet and serves as his primary residence. Although we would want to acknowledge that a large number of celebrities are currently enjoying the best of their lives in our area, we are always pleased whenever one of their houses is brought up in conversation. Is this an example? Harry Connick Jr., an actor and singer who has won Grammy and Emmy awards, and Jill Goodacre, an actress and former model, who is married to him, have made their home in this location. Their piece of paradise, located at 23 Oyster Pond Lane, was just recently put up for sale for a price of $12,500,000. Considering all of the conveniences that it provides, we are not surprised by the price tag (although we may be a little bit envious of the people who will eventually own it).

Constructed in 1963 and spanning 1.32 acres, this traditional colonial mansion is set on a stunning cliff that offers picture-perfect panoramic views of the landscape. The green landscape that can be found inside the estate's grounds (once you reach via the winding driveway) features manicured gardens and fully grown trees, in addition to providing a sense of isolation with its extended hedges and walled yard.
