Emma Stone, known for her acclaimed acting career, has collected a remarkable real estate collection, from a Manhattan townhouse to a Spanish-style mansion in L.A.

In 2012, Stone and co-star Andrew Garfield lived in a well-liked townhouse in Manhattan's Chelsea district, while Stone also acquired a $2.47 million mansion in Beverly Hills.

In 2016, Stone purchased a $2.4 million condo in West Village, followed by a $3.25 million Midcentury house in Malibu in 2018. In 2019, she added a Spanish-style abode in Los Angeles to her portfolio.

In 2021, Stone and husband Dave McCary ventured to Texas, purchasing a 1940s home in Austin for their growing family.
