In Sandwich, Massachusetts, the land that was formerly a cranberry bog has been restored by its owners, and it now features a farmhouse with four bedrooms, an organic tree farm, and acres of blueberry plants that are native to the area. According to information obtained by Mansion Global, a beachfront farm in Cape Cod that is the largest in Barnstable County and features an organic tree farm, freshwater ponds, and a private beach is all set to go on the market for a price of almost $8 million.

A home with four bedrooms, a guest cottage, a barn, and other agricultural structures are included on the 35-acre property in Sandwich, Massachusetts. Additionally, there are six acres of trees that were grown on the land, five acres of native blueberry plants, and an abundance of freshwater.

Since the middle of the 19th century, around half of the site had been used as a cranberry bog. However, the owner and arborist, Peter Wild, decided to replace a portion of that section with an organic tree farm. He stated that this was a more environmentally friendly use of the land than growing cranberries.

"We spent the last twenty years building and healing this property," he stated, referring to himself and his wife, Betsy Wild, who had purchased the site in 2004 after raising a family outside of Boston in order to realize Peter's longterm vision.
